Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Program IOP

IOP is a step above outpatient treatment and a step below Partial Hospitalization. IOP exists to provide an intensive level of programming designed to provide structure, routine, and support of sobriety, mental health wellness, and recovery above what is found in outpatient programming.
Group Therapy: Our Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Program is a seven week, nine hours per week programming for those with substance use and mental health disorders. The program runs three hours per Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and treats adults with substance abuse and mental health diagnosis. This program covers a wide range of topics such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Relapse Prevention, and other techniques to improve psychological functioning and maintain sobriety.
Individual Therapy: Individual therapy occurs weekly for one hour during IOP treatment. Individual therapy aims to provide an individual therapy setting in which concepts, skills, and strategies learned in programming are discussed and developed with a counselor.
